Please read these terms carefully before using Tapify. By using our services, you agree to them.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tapify website, dashboard, and mobile applications, and all related services (together, "Tapify" or the "Service"), operated by MRPRINT WORLD PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Tapify is a business platform that lets our customers create and manage digital products and marketing tools, which may include digital business cards (v-cards), online web stores, a no-code website builder, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, WhatsApp messaging features, and optional integrations with third-party services such as Google Business Profile and social networks. Features available to you depend on your plan and the integrations you choose to connect.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Tapify. You are responsible for the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tapify to:

  • break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • upload or send content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or that you do not have the right to use;
  • send spam or unsolicited messages, or misuse the WhatsApp or messaging features in violation of the relevant provider's policies;
  • impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service or its infrastructure;
  • use the Service to store or transmit malware or to harm others.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content, business information, images, and data you add to Tapify ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use Your Content and that it complies with these Terms and applicable law.

5. Google Business Profile & Third-Party Integrations

Tapify offers optional integrations with third-party services, including Google Business Profile. When you connect such a service:

  • You authorize Tapify to access and act on that account on your behalf and at your direction, only to the extent of the permissions you grant.
  • You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage the connected account or business listing.
  • Your use of the third-party service remains subject to that provider's own terms and policies (for example, Google's Terms of Service and the Google Business Profile policies). You are responsible for complying with them.
  • Our use of data obtained through Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • You can disconnect any integration at any time from your Tapify settings or from the third-party provider's account settings.

Third-party services are provided by their respective owners, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.

6. Fees & Subscriptions

Some features are offered on a paid or subscription basis. Where fees apply, they will be described at the point of purchase. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on a going-forward basis with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, templates, logos, and branding (excluding Your Content), is owned by MRPRINT WORLD PRIVATE LIMITED and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from the Service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MRPRINT WORLD PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy, subject to any legal retention requirements.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
